We treat candidates as individuals, we get to know you through a one-to-one interview with one of our experienced Consultants. The registration procedure is essential so that we can represent you to your potential employers and also to provide our clients with pre-screened candidates.

Our Registration Procedure

  1. Your CV is received, and forwarded to the relevant consultant
  2. Your details will be entered onto our contact system and reviewed by a Consultant.
  3. A member of staff will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an appointment with an experienced Consultant. Normally we will make contact by telephone, however if we are not successful we will write you a letter asking you to contact our office.
  4. A registration interview will take from 40 to 60 minutes. Before this interview you will be asked to complete a basic registration form and an Equality of Opportunity Form. Then your consultant will conduct an in depth interview based around your CV
  5. Once registered your details are entered on to our database and you are profiled according to the information you have provided about your past employment experience, qualifications and aspirations.  This database is a password controlled system and complies with all Data Protection requirements.
