June Wilson (Director of Recruitment) Sales Placement Contract People Ltd wins Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards Recruitment Consultant of the Year 2008
Sales Placement Contract People Limited (Formerly
Sales Placement) was among the high-profile
businesses, which scooped the gongs at the Irish
News Workplace & Employment Awards in Belfast
on Thursday 19 June 2008.
A capacity crowd packed into the Ramada Hotel for
the gala black-tie dinner, at which Department of
Employment & Learning Minister Sir Reg Empey
congratulated all the winners for their success in
placing a firm emphasis on individuals and their
positive contribution to the Northern Ireland
workplace.
The prestigious event, hosted by award-winning
BBC journalist Karen Patterson, saw June Wilson,
SPCPL’s Director of Recruitment win the
Recruitment Consultant of the year.
June joined Sales Placement Contract People Limited in March 2001 and has substantially grown a loyal base
of Clients and Candidates by understanding and delivering their needs within the FMCG, Licensed Trade,
Catering, Chemist, Giftware/Branded sectors.
Sales Placement Contract People Ltd is the only specialist provider of Sales and Marketing personnel in
Northern Ireland. Given this restricted market place June has continually met and exceeded all business
targets.
June has proven to be enthusiastic, ambitious, ethical, professional, committed, and hard-working and
maintains a good sense of both pride and humour. June offers clients individually "tailor-made" executive
search criteria for each client requirement. She strongly upholds client confidentiality and maintains absolute
discretion in all contact with prospective candidates. Above all she recognises the need for representing our

Anyone who has met June will agree that she loves to chat and get to know everyone well however what
comes through on her many client and candidate testimonials is that she listens to what people want rather

June’s exceptional contributions to the business are not only in a sales capacity, all new Recruitment

Conditions and ensure levels of professionalism in the delivery of service.
As a result of this work over the past number of years, June has been promoted to the role of Director of
Recruitment. This role will involve the management of the Permanent Recruitment division within Sales
Placement Contract People Ltd.
The awards were supported by KPMG, Tughans Solicitors, Liberty IT, Resource and Royal Mail and have been
endorsed by key industry bodies the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Chartered
Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
