Allan Rutherford . Managing Director

Allan and Niall Benson (Group Managing Director) established
Contract People Ltd in Northern Ireland in February 1999. In
2002 Contract People purchased Sales Placement (Established 1997) and merged the two companies.

Allan has extensive background in sales, marketing, finance and human resource management in various industry sectors. He has previously held management positions in J & J Haslett (MACE), Burmah Fuels, Texaco (Nicholls) and Solaglass In 2008 Allan was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

 
June Wilson . Recruitment Director

June has been with Sales Placement Contract People
since early 2001  managing the busy FMCG sector placing
field sales personnel at all levels.  Since 2001 she has grown
the business year-on-year and her reputation with both Clients and Candidates within recruitment is second to none as verified in her testimonials.

June has recently been appointed Recruitment Director where she will still manage her own recruitment sector as well as managing the other permanent consultants. Due to her extensive market awareness and professionalism, June has secured business throughout the FMCG sector and has exclusivity with many clients.

Russell Johnston . Client Services Director

Russell Johnston, a Marketing Graduate has been with the
company since 2000 and has grown and developed the Field
Marketing sector within SPCPL year on year. 

Starting with the company as an Account Executive, Russell has recently been appointed as Director of Client Services in order to ensure that our Clients’ needs are exceeded and our services continue to grow.  Russell’s strength has been managing client relationships and putting our clients’ results at the forefront of our company strategy.
